• The End of an Era (Dec 4th, 2019) - As our 20th year of bowling came to a close and we prepare to embark on our next 20 years, the bowling alley echoed the moment by ripping out the ball returns and scoring consoles we've been kicking/using since our formation and replaced them with spiffy new ones have no idea the abuse they will soon endure. Despite the myriad of exceptions they annoying quizzed Scoot on last night, See you next Tuesday! remains the championship team so now gets to perform next week's awards presentation, which according to league rules must be done in the form of a musical every 40th season. Next week we meet at our usual time to name all the award winners and hand out prize money (in the meeting room on the Finnegan's side, through the back of the snack bar), followed by 9-pin-tap fun night. The final week saw not even one full-time VML bowler show up to bowl, and only one team move up in the standings. Freda Schroeder picked up this week's high game (168) and series (445) for the women.
