A listing (from most current to furthest back) of any write-up posts in which Ryan has been mentioned:
- Triple Threat (Jan 28th, 2020) - here's really nothing special about having a multi-team tie for 1st place in the second week of the season, I just couldn't think of any particular fitting title for this week. And because describing this type of tie using normal lingo (a number followed by the word "way") attracts PornBots, we'll just refer to it as a First Place Trifecta. The elements going into this scenario include Carolina Mach (again) picking up this week's high game (147) and series (389) for the women, Ben Spencer snagging this week's high game for the men with a new personal best 240, and Aaron Barber landing high series with a 603. Read on for all the rest of the details!
- Spring 2012: And the winner is... (May 8th, 2012) - The 25th season of the GutterAlley bowling league came to a close and the list of winners from the season favorites to individual achievements were announced...as well as Bob Brunker, the latest inductee into the Hall of Fame.
- The Beard Man Cometh (Mar 28th, 2012) - Barring a miracle, the reigning champions have all but wrapped up their second winning season as they continue to lay waste to any and all teams they face on the lanes. With that, it's now simply a battle for second place as the league marches on towards the Finals on May 1st...and Jonathan Vigliaturo plans to be that team as he continues to improve weekly.
- Gimme a T! (Feb 28th, 2012) - Simply put, Tuesday night belonged to Teresa Deterding of Splits or Swallows. Earning both Most Valuable Bowler AND #1 Power Ranked Bowler nods, Deterding rolled the best game and series of her career on the week leading into the position round. Is T setting the pace for her team as they get ready to venture into the 2nd half of the season? We'll just have to wait and find out, won't we?
- Big Bad Bill is Sweet Rollin' Now (Feb 1st, 2012) - We're now three weeks into the season and the league standings shuffled themselves up nicely, with all but one team moving into a new position. Brown Belt Jones – the lone holdout from moving up or down – witnessed their own Bill Krejci roll his all-time personal best series and earn both MVB and #1 Power Ranked Bowler honors in the process. So where does everyone sit now in the standings? You'll have to read on to find out...
- The Blue and the Gray (Jan 24th, 2012) - Week #2 of GutterAlley's 25th season is now in the history books and with it came some rather impressive performances from what some would consider unlikely sources. Tuesday night also saw the official debuts of some new rookies including Chris Klee, Alexandra Avila, and Sarah West as well as new subs Kris Karnes and Matt Hile. Welcome to the league, gang!Ready to find out how everyone did? We thought so...
