A stagnated ninth week of Fall 2002 resulted in absolutely no movement in the standings. One bowler set a new personal best series. Sharon Turner picked up this week's high game (175) and series (504) for the women. As for the men, Ken M. Wilson snagged this week's high game with a 211, and high series was earned by Bill Krejci with a 591. Read on for all the rest of the details!

First up, on lanes 17 & 18: Team 6 kept stealing sips of beer from Pop Gunns. Though featuring Nik Domann with his astounding 493 series, Team 6 got swept by Pop Gunns. As for the opposition, trifecta-winner (#1 Head-to-Head, #1 Power-Ranked, and Most Valuable Bowler) Bill Krejci drew the spotlight in Pop Gunns with his commanding 591 as they swept the competition. Team 6 remains in 4th place, while Pop Gunns remain in 3rd.

On lanes 19 & 20: UnaBowlers tussled with GRRR. Highlighting the skills of Justin Strelow with his 446 series, the UnaBowlers split the series with GRRR. Simultaneously, Sharon Turner guided GRRR with her dramatic 504 as they matched their opponent in wins. UnaBowlers remains in 5th place, while GRRR remains in 6th.

Finally, down on lanes 21 & 22: Team 5 shared a few beers with Top Guns. With top billing by David Parre with his 491 series, Team 5 collected 3 wins against Top Guns. On the flipside, Bob Brunker oversaw Top Guns with his 530 despite his team notching only a single win. Team 5 remains in 2nd place, while Top Guns remain in 1st.

A new personal best series was rolled tonight by Bill Krejci (591, previous best 585).
