Fall 2002 Week 4 Robo-RecapThe fourth week of Fall 2002 saw two teams climb in the standings, while two teams slipped. Two bowlers set a new personal best series, and one rolled new personal high game. Freda Schroeder picked up this week's high game (151) and series (379) for the women, while Pat Searcy earned this week's high game (204) and series (578) for the men. Read on for all the rest of the details!

First up, on lanes 17 & 18: UnaBowlers spent some quality time with Team 6. Topped by Justin Strelow, Corey Weinfurt with their 467 series, the UnaBowlers split the series with Team 6. On the flipside, Nik Domann dominated Team 6 with his 373 as they matched their opponent in wins. UnaBowlers remains in 4th place, while Team 6 moves 1 spot to 5th.

week4On lanes 19 & 20: GRRR had a rendezvous with Top Guns. Despite being led by Scott Murdock with his powerful 394 series, GRRR got swept by Top Guns. In the midst of this, #1 Head-to-Head Pat Searcy shined in Top Guns with his above-average 578 as they swept the competition. GRRR drops 1 spot in the standings to 6th place, while Top Guns remain in 1st.

Finally, down on lanes 21 & 22: Pop Gunns alternated between bowling and dry humping Team 5. Notwithstanding the leadership of Ken M. Wilson with his 487 series, Pop Gunns got swept by Team 5. Meanwhile, #1 Power-Ranked and Most Valuable Bowler David Codding commanded Team 5 with his dramatic 514 as they swept the competition. Pop Gunns drop 1 spot in the standings to 3rd place, while Team 5 moves 1 spot to 2nd.

Bowlers who stripped naked and shared a cozy hottub together in a back room at The 200 Club include: Pat Searcy (200,204)

A new personal high game was set tonight by David Parre (197, previous best 193). In addition, new personal best series were rolled by Tracey Robertson (338, previous best 332) and David Parre (511, previous best 487).

The 578 rolled by Pat Searcy is tied for the 7th-best men's series in league history!

NEXT WEEK:
  • First, on lanes 17&18, 1st-place Top Guns will share a couple of pitchers with 2nd-place Team 5. Top Guns are expected to see their averages fall off a cliff, but split the series with Team 5; while Team 5 is forecast to see their team average take a dive while they keep the series tied.
  • Moving to lanes 19&20, 5th-place Team 6 will battle 3rd-place Pop Gunns (hcp 392). Team 6 might maintain their current strength as they sweep the series; while Pop Gunns ought to see their team average take a dive while they endure a rough night.
  • Finally, on lanes 21&22, 6th-place GRRR will roll against 4th-place UnaBowlers. GRRR is predicted to see a pretty significant "market correction" to their averages, but split the series with the UnaBowlers; while the UnaBowlers are anticipated to see their team average take a dive while they keep the series tied.
*(Remember, the predicted results above are based on mathematical extrapolations and can be changed by all sorts of factors. If you don't like how your team's results are predicted, you and your teammates have the power to prove the math wrong!)
