The third week of Spring 2004 saw four teams climb in the standings, while two teams slipped. Two bowler roll a new personal best game. Deena Slinkard landed this week's high game for the women with a 192, and women's high series was bagged by Angela Bradford with a 481. As for the men, Thomas Lin earned this week's high game (236) and series (622). Read on for all the rest of the details!
First up, on lanes 15 & 16: Recreation Intoxication did battle with Joey's B*tches. Blessed by Pat Searcy with his below-average 544 series, Recreation split the series with the B*tches. On the adjacent lane, Most Valuable Bowler Ken M. Wilson oversaw the B*tches with his wondrous 539 as they matched their opponent in wins. Recreation Intoxication drops 1 spot in the standings to 2nd place, while the B*tches move 1 spot to 5th.
On lanes 17 & 18: Got Carpio? accepted a challenge by The Bowling Stones. Led by Corey Weinfurt with his above-average 495 series, Got Carpio? split the series with the Stones. While that was going down, Scott Musgrove reigned supreme in the Stones with his 366 as they matched their opponent in wins. Got Carpio? leaps 1 spot in the standings to 3rd place, while the Stones move 1 spot to 4th.
Finally, down on lanes 19 & 20: 2 Tall Asians, 2 Short Whites alternated between bowling and dry humping T.R.O.T.B.. Starring #1 Power Ranked and #1 Head-to-Head Thomas Lin and his stunning 622 series, the White Asians celebrated a clean sweep over T.R.O.T.B.. Conversely, Phil Schroeder dominated T.R.O.T.B. with his stupendous 516 despite his team getting swept. 2 Tall Asians, 2 Short Whites leap 1 spot in the standings to 1st place, while T.R.O.T.B. plunges 3 spots to 6th.
Bowlers who lied to their significant other claiming bowling was running long then went out for after-bowling drinks at The 200 Club include: Bob Brunker (211), Ken M. Wilson (203), and Thomas Lin (213,236)

NEXT WEEK:
- First, on lanes 15&16, 3rd-place Got Carpio? will meet with 1st-place 2 Tall Asians, 2 Short Whites (hcp 24). Got Carpio? is expected to maintain their current strength as they win the series; while the White Asians are forecast to hold steady as they avoid getting swept.
