A stagnated eleventh week of Spring 2004 resulted in absolutely no movement in the standings. One bowler set a new personal best series. Angela Bradford picked up this week's high game (158) and series (446) for the women. As for the men, Pat Searcy and Thomas Lin both tied for this week's high game with a 229, and high series was earned by Carl Goetz with a 595. Read on for all the rest of the details!
First up, on lanes 15 & 16: 2 Tall Asians, 2 Short Whites alternated splits with Joey's B*tches. Notwithstanding the leadership of Thomas Lin with his 519 series, the White Asians accomplished only 1 win against the B*tches. While that was going down, #1 Head-to-Head Carl Goetz oversaw the B*tches with his above-average 595 as his team took the series with 3 wins. 2 Tall Asians, 2 Short Whites remains in 1st place, while the B*tches remain in 2nd.
On lanes 17 & 18: Recreation Intoxication had a rendezvous with Got Carpio?. While headlined by Pat Searcy with his 582 series, Recreation accomplished only 1 win against Got Carpio?. As for the opposition, Eric Lynch took the lead in Got Carpio? with his 545 (with kudos to Most Valuable Bowler Jason Carpio) as his team took the series with 3 wins. Recreation Intoxication remains in 4th place, while Got Carpio? remains in 3rd.
Finally, down on lanes 19 & 20: T.R.O.T.B. kept stealing sips of beer from The Bowling Stones. Featuring Nik Domann with his above-average 547 series, T.R.O.T.B. celebrated a clean sweep over the Stones. Meanwhile, #1 Power-Ranked Michael Basham drew the spotlight in the Stones with his wondrous 489 despite his team getting swept. T.R.O.T.B. remains in 6th place, while the Stones remain in 5th.
