The fifteenth week of Fall 2005 saw two teams climb in the standings, while two teams slipped. Freda Schroeder picked up this week's high game (189) and series (513) for the women. As for the men, Demond Robinson snagged this week's high game with a 246, and high series was earned by John Richardson with a 630. Meanwhile, Tournament of Champions is officially down to its final eight bowlers, who will face each other next week competing for two cash prizes! Read on for all the rest of the details!

First up, on lanes 21 & 22: Harry Potter and the Magic Balls couldn't stop inappropriately groping Three Men and a Babe. Though reinforced by Andy Metzler with his above-average 506 series, Harry Potter accomplished only 1 win against Three Men and a Babe. On the adjacent lane, David Codding laid down the law in Three Men and a Babe with his 584 as his team took the series with 3 wins. Harry Potter and the Magic Balls remains in 7th place, while Three Men and a Babe moves 1 spot to 4th.

On lanes 23 & 24: Tatonka tussled with The Big LeBowlskies. Topped by Will Jeter with his above-average 490 series, Tatonka collected 3 wins against The Big LeBowlskies. Countering this, Michael Basham reigned supreme in The Big LeBowlskies with his 492 despite his team notching only a single win. Tatonka drops 1 spot in the standings to 3rd place, while The Big LeBowlskies remain in 6th.

On lanes 25 & 26: Derka, Derka kept stealing sips of beer from Same Belt, New Notch. While headlined by Rich DeYoung with his 529 series, Derka, Derka accomplished only 1 win against the Belt. Concurrently, Demond Robinson drew the spotlight in the Belt with his dramatic 614 (with kudos to Most Valuable Bowler Scott Murdock) as his team took the series with 3 wins. Derka, Derka drops 1 spot in the standings to 5th place, while the Belt remains in 1st.

Finally, down on lanes 27 & 28: Bora Bora! accepted a challenge by Munson'd. With top billing by #1 Power Ranked and #1 Head-to-Head John Richardson and his thrilling 630 series, Bora Bora! celebrated a clean sweep over Munson'd. On the other side, Thomas Fowler guided Munson'd with his (either injured, sick, or sandbagging) 218 despite his team getting swept. Bora Bora! leaps 1 spot in the standings to 2nd place, while Munson'd remains in 8th.

In this week's Tournament of Champions brackets: Rich DeYoung trounced Division 1, while Scott Murdock won Division 2. Phil Schroeder cleaned up Division 3, and Andy McLeod vanquished Division 4. • Finally, on lanes 27&28, 7th-place Harry Potter and the Magic Balls will compete against 8th-place Munson'd (hcp 53). Harry Potter is predicted to maintain their current strength as they sweep the series; while Munson'd is anticipated to hold steady as they endure a rough night.
