The second week of Fall 2006 saw five teams climb in the standings, while four teams slipped. One bowler roll a new personal best game. Andrea DeLong landed this week's high game for the women with a 187, and women's high series was bagged by Deena Slinkard with a 451. As for the men, Pat Searcy earned this week's high game (245) and series (610). Read on for all the rest of the details!
First up, on lanes 15 & 16: Manute Bowl shared a few beers with Hez-Bowl-lah. Notwithstanding the leadership of Joel Henning with his 416 series, Manute Bowl got swept by Hez-Bowl-lah. In the meantime, Jason Carpio reigned supreme in Hez-Bowl-lah with his above-average 508 as they swept the competition. Manute Bowl plummets 2 spots in the standings to 9th place, while Hez-Bowl-lah jumps 2 spots to 4th.
On lanes 17 & 18: New Balls, Old Rack faced off against TBD. Reinforced by Most Valuable Bowler Ken M. Wilson and his above-average 562 series, the Old Rack celebrated a clean sweep over TBD. On the other half of the score sheet, David Parre drew the spotlight in TBD with his 438 despite his team getting swept. New Balls, Old Rack leaps 3 spots in the standings to 1st place, while TBD remains in 10th.
On lanes 19 & 20: Guttersluts alternated between bowling and dry humping I Can't Believe It's Not Gutter. Although blessed by Andrea DeLong with her dazzling 380 series, the Guttersluts accomplished only 1 win against Not Gutter. On the flipside, Ryan Doll laid down the law in Not Gutter with his 492 (along with props to #1 Power-Ranked and Most Valuable Bowler Ken M. Wilson) as his team took the series with 3 wins. Guttersluts leap 1 spot in the standings to 8th place, while Not Gutter moves 1 spot to 7th.
On lanes 21 & 22: Frickin' Ten Pins kept grabbing the balls of Split Happens. In spite of the prowess of Freda Schroeder with her below-average 440 series, Frickin' Ten Pins got swept by Split Happens. Across the ball return, James Long dominated Split Happens with his above-average 428 as they swept the competition. Frickin' Ten Pins plummet 5 spots in the standings to 6th place, while Split Happens jump 3 spots to 2nd.
Finally, down on lanes 23 & 24: Bowlkake2 waged a heated competition against All Belts Are Off. Despite being led by Thomas Lin with his 553 series, Bowlkake2 accomplished only 1 win against the Belt. Conversely, Pat Searcy called the shots for the Belt with his commanding 610 as his team took the series with 3 wins. Bowlkake2 plummets 2 spots in the standings to 5th place, while the Belt sinks 1 spot to 3rd.

A new personal high game was set tonight by Andrea DeLong (187, previous best 159). Adding to the excitement, the 245 rolled by Pat Searcy is this season's new high game for men.
