The Dirty Dozens

Twelve weeks of bowling are now in the books... the season is 3/4 over, and while one team has maintained a two-game lead for three weeks in a row, the top 5 spots in the standings remain too close for us to start predicting a winner just yet.

First up, on lanes 1 & 2: Split It & Hit It couldn't stop undressing with their eyes the members of DB's Rusty Nuts. Led by Russell Bingham and his 545 series, Split It & Hit It secured 3 wins against DB's Rusty Nuts. Meanwhile, led by Jeremy Varnell and his 424 series, DB's Rusty Nuts could only secure 1 win. Split It & Hit It remains in 9th place, while DB's Rusty Nuts remains in 10th.

On lanes 3 & 4: Holy Sandbaggers, Batman! met with Roll, Drink, Repeat. Led by Aubrey Moren and his 524 series, Holy Sandbaggers, Batman! managed only 1 win against Roll, Drink, Repeat. Meanwhile, led by Sean Simmons and his 583 series, Roll, Drink, Repeat grabbed 3 wins. Holy Sandbaggers, Batman! remains in 1st place, while Roll, Drink, Repeat remains in 6th.

This is the most clear, most beautiful, most perfect score sheet ever submitted in the 15 years we have been entering scores online. Whomever wrote these scores down, you are now officially responsible for filling out all score sheets for all teams until the end of time. We love you!!!!!

On lanes 5 & 6: Less Terra Bowl had a delightful time with Bowl Yer Ballz Off. Led by #1 power ranked Jason Carpio and his 591 series, Less Terra Bowl secured 3 wins against Bowl Yer Ballz Off. Despite being led by an on-fire Rob Kaszuba and his 515 series, Bowl Yer Ballz Off could only notch 1 win. Less Terra Bowl climbs 1 spot in the standings to 4th place, while Bowl Yer Ballz Off remains in 8th.

On lanes 7 & 8: The Alt-Left spent a romantic evening with Brooklyn Strikers. Led by Lefty John Boren and his 432 series, The Alt-Left managed only 1 win against Brooklyn Strikers. Power-sub Doug Bonney and his 492 series took Brooklyn Strikers to 3 wins. The Alt-Left drops 1 spot in the standings to 5th place, while Brooklyn Strikers remains in 7th.

Finally, down on lanes 9 & 10: NotContra sat down for crumpets and tea with Mustache Cash Stash. Led by Seth Gunderson and his 549 series, NotContra managed only 1 win against Mustache Cash Stash. Meanwhile, led by Michael Mead and his 559 series (and assisted by Most Valuable Bowler AJ Hofmann), Mustache Cash Stash secured 3 wins. NotContra remains in 2nd place, while Mustache Cash Stash remains in 3rd.

In this week's Tournament of Champions brackets: Dennis Blake decimated Division 1, while Sean Simmons topped Division 2. Josh Rothermel mopped up Division 3, and Zach Cross eradicated Division 4. Finally, Conrad Bonney (Division 4) crushed this week's Interdivisional bracket. In terms of overall points: Aaron Barber tops Division 1; Sean Simmons dominates Division 2; Freda Schroeder is in the driver's seat in Division 3; and JoAnne Barber governs Division 4.
