Off to his best start in his 14-season career, Ryan Doll has emphatically placed himself atop the Most Improved Bowlers in our league – up a whopping 75 pins! The icing on the cake, however, comes with him passing recent Hall of Fame inductee David "Mr. 300" Codding for 3rd place on the Top 25 Bowlers with the Most 200+ Games list. |

It's been a couple seasons since we've witnessed someone vastly improve their average in-between seasons. Most recently Jonathan Vigliaturo went up +28 to 164 in the Spring '12 season after ending the Fall '11 session with a 136, tying Ken's +28 pin increase back from the Spring-Fall '09 sessions. Cliff Barendsen, however, could take the cake. He's currently sitting at +29 pins over his 153 average from last season. Good luck, Cliff! |

Already the 3rd best female bowler in league history, Anita Osthoff is currently less than half a percentage point away from overtaking the 2nd spot all-time for Top 25 Bowlers by Win Percentage. In her 140 games that we have recorded, she's won 94 of them – 67.14%. Currently, Ian Goetz sits just ahead of her at 67.47% with 224 of his 332 games won. The two will face one another in Week #7. |

Throughout this storied career, Cory Chorpenning has been a force with which to be reckoned. He's all over the place in the biggest Top 25s and currently sits as the 5th best bowler in league history. Yet, this week, he finally made it onto a list we thought for sure he'd been on before – Top 25 Bowlers Who Have Handed out the Most Sweeps. Keep it up, Cory. Keep it up. |

| Take a bow, teams. We're currently in the midst of rolling the best season in league history. Sure, it's early, and there are several people with over-inflated averages (Ian and Ken, for starters) but it's nice to know that we're collectively kicking ass. Nice work, gang! |

| With only half of last season's championship team back on the lanes this time around, there's no chance that the same team will repeat. But did you know that two times in league history, the exact same team won back-to-back titles? The first group to do it was Scott Murdock, Seth Gunderson, Nik Domann, and Demond Robinson in the Fall 2004 and Spring 2005 seasons. More recently it's been accomplished by Phil Schroeder, Freda Schroeder, Dennis "Pops" Laube, and Aubrey Moren in the Fall '11 and Spring '12 sessions. |

| Ever bowl your average exactly? Surprisingly, it hasn't happened as much as we thought it would have throughout the 30,000+ games rolled in our league to date. Sabrina Gray and Bill Krejci both did it Tuesday night, both moving up on the Top 25 Bowlers to Roll Their Average Exactly list. Phil Schroeder still rules the roost, having bowled his average on the dot 25 times over 25 seasons. |
