The Fall 2007 season is now underway, with ten teams entering the 16-week competition for the coveted, nonexistent championship trophy. One bowler set a new personal best series, and one rolled new personal high game. Freda Schroeder picked up this week's high game (209) and series (477) for the women, while Brian Eye earned this week's high game (234) and series (640) for the men. First up, on lanes 19 & 20: Seefeldt the Glasscock celebrated their love of large, heavy balls with Seriously Handicapped. Reinforced by #1 Power-Ranked Brian Eye and his 640 series, the Glasscock collected 3 wins against the Handicapped. In the meantime, Tyler Hilker called the shots for the Handicapped with his terrific 554 despite his team notching only a single win. Seefeldt the Glasscock starts out in 2nd place, while the Handicapped gets rolling in 8th.
On lanes 21 & 22: Bad Newz Kennels kept grabbing the balls of Cannonbelt Run. Highlighting the skills of Carl Goetz with his 557 series, the Kennels collected 3 wins against Cannonbelt. On the adjacent lane, Nik Domann took the lead in Cannonbelt with his 501 despite his team notching only a single win. Bad Newz Kennels leaves the gate in 3rd place, while Cannonbelt starts off with 6th.
On lanes 23 & 24: Sh!t, I Don't Know had a rendezvous with Ebowla. Showcasing Duncan Ferber with his 532 series, I Don't Know collected 3 wins against Ebowla. As for the opposition, Travis Kleiner oversaw Ebowla with his 393 despite his team notching only a single win. Sh!t, I Don't Know gets underway in 4th place, while Ebowla commences the season with 9th.
On lanes 25 & 26: The GameCox did battle with Split Happens. With top billing by Jason Carpio with his 496 series, the GameCox collected 3 wins against Split Happens. Meanwhile, James Long guided Split Happens with his 520 despite his team notching only a single win. The GameCox begins with 5th place, while Split Happens get going with 7th.
Finally, down on lanes 27 & 28: Your Mom couldn't stop undressing with their eyes the members of Dios Mios. Although blessed by Ryan Doll with his 493 series, Your Mom got swept by Dios Mios. In the midst of this, #1 Head-to-Head John Boren shined in Dios Mios with his 558 as they swept the competition. Your Mom 10th place, while Dios Mios 1st.
