The Fall 2007 season is now underway, with ten teams entering the 16-week competition for the coveted, nonexistent championship trophy. One bowler set a new personal best series, and one rolled new personal high game. Freda Schroeder picked up this week's high game (209) and series (477) for the women, while Brian Eye earned this week's high game (234) and series (640) for the men. First up, on lanes 19 & 20: Seefeldt the Glasscock spent some quality time with Seriously Handicapped. Featuring #1 Power-Ranked Brian Eye and his 640 series, the Glasscock collected 3 wins against the Handicapped. Across the ball return, Tyler Hilker dominated the Handicapped with his stupendous 554 despite his team notching only a single win. Seefeldt the Glasscock starts out in 2nd place, while the Handicapped starts off with 8th.
On lanes 21 & 22: Bad Newz Kennels faced off against Cannonbelt Run. Headlined by Carl Goetz with his 557 series, the Kennels collected 3 wins against Cannonbelt. Concurrently, Nik Domann called the shots for Cannonbelt with his 501 despite his team notching only a single win. Bad Newz Kennels begins the season in 3rd place, while Cannonbelt begins in 6th.
On lanes 23 & 24: Sh!t, I Don't Know accepted a challenge by Ebowla. Blessed by Duncan Ferber with his 532 series, I Don't Know collected 3 wins against Ebowla. Meanwhile, Travis Kleiner laid down the law in Ebowla with his 393 despite his team notching only a single win. Sh!t, I Don't Know leaves the gate in 4th place, while Ebowla gets going with 9th.
On lanes 25 & 26: The GameCox matched wits with Split Happens. Highlighting the skills of Jason Carpio with his 496 series, the GameCox collected 3 wins against Split Happens. On the flipside, James Long ruled Split Happens with his 520 despite his team notching only a single win. The GameCox begins with 5th place, while Split Happens get rolling in 7th.
Finally, down on lanes 27 & 28: Your Mom entered a showdown to the death with Dios Mios. Regardless of the star power of Ryan Doll with his 493 series, Your Mom got swept by Dios Mios. In the midst of this, #1 Head-to-Head John Boren mastered Dios Mios with his 558 as they swept the competition. Your Mom 10th place, while Dios Mios 1st.
