The Spring 2007 season draws to a close, with Guttersluts officially earning this season's championship title! The final week saw three teams climb in the standings, while three teams slipped. One bowler set a new personal best series. Angela Bradford picked up this week's high game (189) and series (527) for the women. As for the men, Duncan Ferber snagged this week's high game with a 225, and high series was earned by Bill Krejci with a 621. Read on for all the rest of the details!
First up, on lanes 15 & 16: Guttersluts kept grabbing the balls of Oily Balls. Featuring #1 Head-to-Head Bill Krejci and his awe-inspiring 621 series, Guttersluts collected 3 wins against Oily Balls. Conversely, Pat Searcy mastered Oily Balls with his 575 despite his team notching only a single win. Guttersluts close out in 1st place, while Oily Balls wind up in 2nd.
On lanes 17 & 18: X9XX sparred with Unstoppabowl. Even though highlighted by the skills of Stefan Miller with his above-average 546 series, X9XX accomplished only 1 win against Unstoppabowl. Concurrently, Cory Chorpenning laid down the law in Unstoppabowl with his below-average 510 as his team took the series with 3 wins. X9XX drops 1 spot in the standings to end the season in 4th place, while Unstoppabowl moves 1 spot to go home with 3rd.
On lanes 19 & 20: Doll's Balls hung out with Those 4 Bowlers. Starring Ryan Doll with his above-average 562 series, Doll's Balls collected 3 wins against 4 Bowlers. In the meantime, Seth Gunderson drew the spotlight in 4 Bowlers with his above-average 586 despite his team notching only a single win. Doll's Balls finish in 5th place, while 4 Bowlers sink 1 spot to come out in 7th.
On lanes 21 & 22: King Pins had a delightful time with Frickin' Ten Pin. With top billing by John Coleman with his 569 series, King Pins collected 3 wins against Ten Pin. Across the ball return, Carl Goetz ruled Ten Pin with his below-average 530 despite his team notching only a single win. King Pins leap 1 spot in the standings to end in 6th place, while Ten Pin end up with 8th.
Finally, down on lanes 23 & 24: Churn and Burn traded lane malfunctions with T.B.D.. While headlined by James Cholke with his above-average 508 series, Churn and Burn got swept by T.B.D.. On the flipside, #1 Power-Ranked and Most Valuable Bowler Tyler Hilker called the shots for T.B.D. with his phenomenal 535 as they swept the competition. Churn and Burn drops 1 spot in the standings to 10th place, while T.B.D. moves 1 spot to 9th.

A new personal best series was rolled tonight by Bill Krejci (621, previous best 595). 
After a hard fought season, the Tournament of Champions was won tonight by Stefan Miller (Division 2), with Kendall Kukowski (Division 4) landing in second place. Stefan will pocket the nice first-place pot, while Kendall will take away the second-place pot. Congratulations!
