The fifteenth week of Fall 2006 saw two teams climb in the standings, while two teams slipped. One bowler set a new personal best series, and one rolled new personal high game. Angela Bradford landed this week's high game for the women with a 198, and women's high series was bagged by Freda Schroeder with a 485. As for the men, Ken M. Wilson earned this week's high game (238) and series (655).Meanwhile, Tournament of Champions is officially down to its final eight bowlers, who will face each other next week competing for two cash prizes! First up, on lanes 15 & 16: Guttersluts deliberately ate cheese sticks in front of TBD. Reinforced by John Boren with his 551 series, the Guttersluts collected 3 wins against TBD. On the other side, David Parre ruled TBD with his 470 despite his team notching only a single win. Guttersluts remains in 10th place, while TBD remains in 7th.
On lanes 17 & 18: I Can't Believe It's Not Gutter traded lane malfunctions with Frickin' Ten Pins. Blessed by Ryan Doll with his above-average 525 series, Not Gutter celebrated a clean sweep over Frickin' Ten Pins. Simultaneously, Carl Goetz shined in Frickin' Ten Pins with his above-average 588 despite his team getting swept. I Can't Believe It's Not Gutter leaps 1 spot in the standings to 8th place, while Frickin' Ten Pins remain in 6th.
On lanes 19 & 20: Manute Bowl kept grabbing the balls of Split Happens. Notwithstanding the leadership of Andy McLeod with his powerful 519 series, Manute Bowl got swept by Split Happens. Across the ball return, Most Valuable Bowler Amy Logan commanded Split Happens with her phenomenal 433 as they swept the competition. Manute Bowl drops 1 spot in the standings to 9th place, while Split Happens move 1 spot to 3rd.
On lanes 21 & 22: Hez-Bowl-lah celebrated their love of large, heavy balls with Bowlkake2. While headlined by Rich DeYoung with his above-average 535 series, Hez-Bowl-lah accomplished only 1 win against Bowlkake2. On the flipside, Thomas Lin mastered Bowlkake2 with his 566 (with a nod to #1 Power-Ranked Dave Hickerson) as his team took the series with 3 wins. Hez-Bowl-lah remains in 1st place, while Bowlkake2 remains in 2nd.
Finally, down on lanes 23 & 24: New Balls, Old Rack shared a platter of cheese sticks with All Belts Are Off. With the strength of #1 Head-to-Head Ken M. Wilson and his breathtaking 655 series, the Old Rack split the series with the Belt. Meanwhile, Seth Gunderson guided the Belt with his dramatic 545 as they matched their opponent in wins. New Balls, Old Rack drops 1 spot in the standings to 4th place, while the Belt remains in 5th.

A new personal high game was set tonight by Amy Logan (177, previous best 172). In addition, a new personal best series was rolled by Amy Logan (433, previous best 429).
In this week's Tournament of Champions brackets: Ken M. Wilson triumphed over his enemies in Division 1, while nobody claimed victory in Division 2 (though Rich DeYoung came closest). Scott Murdock claimed victory in Division 3, and nobody claimed victory in Division 4 (though Nick Crofoot came closest). Finally, Seth Gunderson (Division 2) got the better of this week's Interdivisional bracket.Finally, Andy McLeod (Division 4) got the better of this week's Interdivisional bracket. - Moving to lanes 17&18, 3rd-place Split Happens (hcp 63) will test their mettle against 4th-place New Balls, Old Rack. Split Happens might perform well, yet still manage to lose the series but avoid getting swept; while the Old Rack ought to raise their average while they enjoy their victories.

- Finally, on lanes 23&24, 9th-place Manute Bowl will meet with 10th-place Guttersluts (hcp 71). Manute Bowl is predicted to maintain their current strength as they win the series; while the Guttersluts are anticipated to raise their average even as they avoid getting swept.
