On lanes 23 & 24: Real Ultimate Ninja Bowlers sparred with The Belt Strikes Back. Led by Dennis Laube with his 484 series, the Ninjas split the series with the Belt. Conversely, Demond Robinson reigned supreme in the Belt with his 535 as they matched their opponent in wins. Finally, down on lanes 25 & 26: A Solid No. 2 kept stealing sips of beer from Die Schlag-Maschinen. Starring Corey Weinfurt with his 510 series, with kudos to Most Valuable Bowler Eric Lynch, No. 2 collected 3 wins against Die Schlag-Maschinen. On the adjacent lane, Jerry Krall laid down the law in Die Schlag-Maschinen with his 408 despite his team notching only a single win. In this week's Tournament of Champions brackets: Corey Weinfurt shut down Division 1, while Michael Basham got the better of Division 2. Deena Slinkard vanquished Division 3, and Chad Green had his way with Division 4. In terms of overall points: Pat Searcy tops Division 1; Michael Basham, Jason Carpio, Eric Lynch, and Seth Gunderson lead Division 2 in a tie; Janelle (Laube) Lamar is in the driver's seat in Division 3; and Ray Haynes leads Division 4.

NEXT WEEK:
  • First, on lanes 19&20, 5th-place A Solid No. 2 will socialize with 3rd-place Ashley Razabacks (hcp 49). No. 2 is expected to maintain their current strength as they and split the series with the Razabacks; while the Razabacks are forecast to raise their average while they keep the series tied.
  • Moving to lanes 21&22, 6th-place Paul Hamms (hcp 64) will roll against 1st-place The Belt Strikes Back. The Hamms might maintain their current strength as they lose the series but avoid getting swept; while the Belt ought to hold steady as they enjoy their victories.
  • Then, over on lanes 23&24, 2nd-place Recreation Intoxication will match wits with 8th-place Die Schlag-Maschinen (hcp 148). Recreation will likely maintain their current strength as they sweep the series; while Die Schlag-Maschinen will probably hold steady as they endure a rough night.
  • Finally, on lanes 25&26, 7th-place Real Ultimate Ninja Bowlers (hcp 134) will tussle with 4th-place Bowlkake. The Ninjas are predicted to perform well, yet still manage to get swept; while Bowlkake is anticipated to hold steady as they rack up a sweep.
*(Remember, the predicted results above are based on mathematical extrapolations and can be changed by all sorts of factors. If you don't like how your team's results are predicted, you and your teammates have the power to prove the math wrong!)
