The ninth week of Fall 2004 saw two teams climb in the standings, while two teams slipped. Two bowlers set a new personal best series, and two rolled new personal high games. Angela Bradford picked up this week's high game (193) and series (541) for the women, while Bill Krejci earned this week's high game (267) and series (595) for the men. Read on for all the rest of the details!
First up, on lanes 19 & 20: Paul Hamms couldn't stop undressing with their eyes the members of Die Schlag-Maschinen. With top billing by Bill Krejci with his above-average 595 series, with kudos to Most Valuable Bowler Mark McClendon, the Hamms celebrated a clean sweep over Die Schlag-Maschinen. On the flipside, Amanda Schulte ruled Die Schlag-Maschinen with her miraculous 425 despite her team getting swept. Paul Hamms leap 2 spots in the standings to 2nd place, while Die Schlag-Maschinen remains in 8th.
On lanes 21 & 22: Real Ultimate Ninja Bowlers alternated between bowling and dry humping Ashley Razabacks. Although blessed by Dennis Laube with his below-average 446 series, the Ninjas accomplished only 1 win against the Razabacks. While that was going down, Stefan Paz oversaw the Razabacks with his 462 as his team took the series with 3 wins. Real Ultimate Ninja Bowlers remains in 7th place, while the Razabacks remain in 1st.

Countering this, Bob Brunker called the shots for Recreation with his 542 (with props to #1 Head-to-Head bowler ) despite his team notching only a single win. A Solid No. 2 leaps 1 spot in the standings to 5th place, while Recreation plunges 2 spots to 4th.

In the meantime, Demond Robinson guided the Belt with his above-average 572 as his team took the series with 3 wins. Bowlkake drops 1 spot in the standings to 6th place, while the Belt remains in 3rd.

NEXT WEEK:
- First, on lanes 19&20, 3rd-place The Belt Strikes Back (hcp 14) will spend some quality time with 4th-place Recreation Intoxication. The Belt is expected to perform well and sweep the series; while Recreation is forecast to hold steady as they endure a rough night.
- Moving to lanes 21&22, 6th-place Bowlkake will tussle with 5th-place A Solid No. 2 (estimated hcp 68). Bowlkake might maintain their current strength as they win the series; while No. 2 ought to raise their average even as they avoid getting swept.
- Then, over on lanes 23&24, 2nd-place Paul Hamms will chuck some balls with 7th-place Real Ultimate Ninja Bowlers (hcp 12). The Hamms will likely roll decently, but split the series with the Ninjas; while the Ninjas will probably raise their average while they keep the series tied.
- Finally, on lanes 25&26, 8th-place Die Schlag-Maschinen (hcp 70) will hang out with 1st-place Ashley Razabacks. Die Schlag-Maschinen is predicted to perform well, yet still manage to lose the series but avoid getting swept; while the Razabacks are anticipated to hold steady as they enjoy their victories.
