Spring 2002 Week 7 Robo-RecapA stagnated seventh week of Spring 2002 resulted in absolutely no movement in the standings. One bowler roll a new personal best game. Freda Schroeder landed this week's high game for the women with a 196, and women's high series was bagged by Angela Bradford with a 529. As for the men, Bill Krejci and Ken M. Wilson both tied for this week's high game with a 212, and high series was earned by Ken M. Wilson with a 565. Read on for all the rest of the details!

First up, on lanes 1 & 2: Top Guns did battle with Fab Four. Led by Pat Searcy with his 557 series, with kudos to Most Valuable Bowler Freda Schroeder, Top Guns collected 3 wins against Fab Four. On the other side, Ken M. Wilson mastered Fab Four with his above-average 565 despite his team notching only a single win. Top Guns remains in 1st place, while Fab Four remains in 2nd.

Finally, down on lanes 3 & 4: Team 2 traded lane malfunctions with Team 3. Although topped by #1 Power Ranked and #1 Head-to-Head Angela Bradford and her powerful 529 series, Team 2 accomplished only 1 win against Team 3. Concurrently, Bill Krejci showed off in Team 3 with his stupendous 552 as his team took the series with 3 wins. Team 2 remains in 3rd place, while Team 3 remains in 4th.

A new personal high game was set tonight by Bill Krejci (212, previous best 211).

Adding to the excitement, the 529 rolled by Angela Bradford is this season's new high series among women.

The 196 rolled by Freda Schroeder is the new 10th-best women's game in league history!
The 212 rolled by Bill Krejci is the new 6th-best men's game in league history!
The 529 rolled by Angela Bradford is the new 4th-best women's series in league history! (This is also the league's 18th-best series overall.)
The 565 rolled by Ken M. Wilson is the new 8th-best men's series in league history!

Spring 2002 Week 6 Robo-RecapWe are now halfway through the Spring 2002 season, so time is running out for those teams who want a shot at the championship to position themselves. A stagnated sixth week resulted in absolutely no movement in the standings. One bowler set a new personal best series, and two rolled new personal high games. Freda Schroeder picked up this week's high game (209) and series (475) for the women, while Bill Krejci earned this week's high game (211) and series (585) for the men. Read on for all the rest of the details!

First up, on lanes 1 & 2: Fab Four traded lane malfunctions with Top Guns. Though featuring Ken M. Wilson with his below-average 451 series, Fab Four accomplished only 1 win against Top Guns. Simultaneously, Bob Brunker drew the spotlight in Top Guns with his above-average 567 as his team took the series with 3 wins. Fab Four remains in 2nd place, while Top Guns remain in 1st.

Finally, down on lanes 3 & 4: Team 3 hung out with Team 2. Led by trifecta-winner (#1 Head-to-Head, #1 Power-Ranked, and Most Valuable Bowler) Bill Krejci and his breathtaking 585 series, Team 3 collected 3 wins against Team 2. Conversely, Jeff Gragg took the lead in Team 2 with his 469 despite his team notching only a single win. Team 3 remains in 4th place, while Team 2 remains in 3rd.

The fourth week saw one team climb in the standings, while one team slipped. Angela Bradford landed this week's high game for the women with a 187, and women's high series was bagged by Angela Bradford and Janelle (Laube) Lamar, who tied with a 466. As for the men, Pat Searcy snagged this week's high game with a 229, and high series was earned by Ken M. Wilson with a 553. Read on for all the rest of the details!

First up, on lanes 1 & 2: Team 3 shared a few beers with Top Guns. Even though highlighted by the skills of Bill Krejci with his below-average 416 series, Team 3 got swept by Top Guns. Meanwhile, Pat Searcy mastered Top Guns with his 545 as they swept the competition. Team 3 remains in 4th place, while Top Guns move 1 spot to 1st.
