The captain is usually the person that assembles his or her team and then leads the team to victories.
Carl Goetz Defensive Bowler of the Season
This bowler is who can step up under intense pressure in the 10th frame and finish strongly, sealing the victory. Nominees are bowlers with an average of 150 or higher.
Ian Goetz Underdog of the Season
This is awarded to the biggest contributor to his or her team with an average of 149 or below.
Bob Brunker/Rob Kaszuba Good Sportsmanship Award & Emily Podhajsky / Alison Radke Good Sportsmanship Award
Win or lose, this man and this woman is always there with a smile or a kind word.
People's Choice: Most Valuable Bowler
This bowler was the end-all, be-all best in the league in terms of providing the most fire power to earn his or her team the most wins as selected by the league.

The individual who, more so than anyone else in the league, made Tuesday nights fun because of their larger than life personality.
Sub of the Season Award
Subs normally can't win any prizes, but sometimes a sub come along who does wonders for the team(s) they sub for. This is our little way of recognizing their contributions.
Scott Murdock "Get 'er Done" Award
Awarded, by Scoot himself, to the individual who went above and beyond to help out the bowlers in the league – or the league itself – the most during the course of the season.
Dave Winger "Gone But Not Forgotten" Award
Selected by the members of the Hall of Fame, this award recognizes someone who is no longer in the league (either by retirement, having moved away, etc.) and is missed on Tuesday nights.
Demond Robinson "Should Have Been Recognized But Wasn't" Award
[New in Fall 2016] Given when we recognize that a bowler has persevered through adversity, performed extraordinarily well, or otherwise has been deserving of an accolade but otherwise fell through the cracks of our normal award categories. Only unusually special circumstances will trigger this award.
