The seventh week of Fall 2002 saw one team climb in the standings, while one team slipped. One bowler set a new personal best series. Freda Schroeder picked up this week's high game (203) and series (532) for the women, while Carl Goetz earned this week's high game (223) and series (591) for the men. First up, on lanes 17 & 18: Team 5 took turns kicking the ball return with Team 6. Although blessed by David Parre with his 476 series, Team 5 accomplished only 1 win against Team 6. On the other side, Nik Domann ruled Team 6 with his above-average 437 as his team took the series with 3 wins. Team 5 drops 1 spot in the standings to 2nd place, while Team 6 remains in 5th.

On lanes 19 & 20: Top Guns kept stealing sips of beer from UnaBowlers. Headlined by Pat Searcy with his 545 series, and supported tremendously by real star — trifecta-winner #1 Power-Ranked, #1 Head-to-Head, and Most Valuable Bowler Freda Schroeder, Top Guns celebrated a clean sweep over the UnaBowlers. On the other half of the score sheet, Justin Strelow oversaw the UnaBowlers with his above-average 494 despite his team getting swept. Top Guns leap 1 spot in the standings to 1st place, while the UnaBowlers remain in 4th.

Finally, down on lanes 21 & 22: Pop Gunns shared a few beers with GRRR. Featuring Carl Goetz with his breathtaking 591 series, Pop Gunns collected 3 wins against GRRR. In the midst of this, Sharon Turner took the lead in GRRR with her above-average 413 despite her team notching only a single win. Pop Gunns remains in 3rd place, while GRRR remains in 6th.

Freda Schroeder earned both this season's women's high game and series with her 203 and 532, respectively.

• First, on lanes 17&18, 1st-place Top Guns will compete against 6th-place GRRR. Top Guns are expected to have the bottom drop out of their averages, but split the series with GRRR; while GRRR is forecast to see their team average take a dive while they keep the series tied.
• Moving to lanes 19&20, 2nd-place Team 5 will challenge 3rd-place Pop Gunns. Team 5 might see their averages fall off a cliff, but split the series with Pop Gunns; while Pop Gunns ought to see their team average take a dive while they keep the series tied.
