The Fall 2008 season draws to a close, with Chico's Bail Bonds officially earning this season's championship title! The final week saw one team climb in the standings, while one team slipped. Freda Schroeder picked up this week's high game (169) and series (501) for the women, while Kendall Kukowski earned this week's high game (236) and series (587) for the men. Read on for all the rest of the details!

First up, on lanes 19 & 20: Chico's Bail Bonds sparred with Ain't No Sh!t. With top billing by Ken M. Wilson with his below-average 506 series, Chico's collected 3 wins against Ain't No Sh!t. Countering this, Kendall Kukowski guided Ain't No Sh!t with his 587 despite his team notching only a single win. Chico's Bail Bonds close out in 1st place, while Ain't No Sh!t end up with 2nd.

On lanes 21 & 22: Dios Mios spent a romantic evening with Bowl Movement. Although topped by Bill Krejci with his 539 series, Dios Mios accomplished only 1 win against Bowl Movement. Meanwhile, trifecta-winner (#1 Head-to-Head, #1 Power-Ranked, and Most Valuable Bowler) Carter Collins ruled Bowl Movement with his exceptional 532 as his team took the series with 3 wins. Dios Mios complete in 3rd place, while Bowl Movement wind up in 4th.

On lanes 23 & 24: Bad Newz Kennels alternated between bowling and dry humping Spare The Rod, Split The Kitty. While headlined by Freda Schroeder with her 501 series, the Kennels accomplished only 1 win against Spare The Rod. While that was going down, Will Jeter called the shots for Spare The Rod with his 473 as his team took the series with 3 wins. Bad Newz Kennels drop 1 spot in the standings to end the season in 6th place, while Spare The Rod moves 1 spot to go home with 5th.

On lanes 25 & 26: Is This Billable? did battle with Dave and the Wingers. Though featuring Ryan Doll with his (either injured, sick, or sandbagging) 392 series, Is This Billable? got swept by the Wingers. . With the Wingers forfeiting, all Is This Billable? needed to do was roll within 40 pins of their combined team average each game. However, that would not be the case. Is This Billable? end in 7th place, while the Wingers cros the finish line in 8th.

Finally, down on lanes 27 & 28: Livin' On A Spare waged a heated competition against WWJB. With the strength of Ben Lee with his above-average 359 series, Livin' On A Spare collected 3 wins against WWJB. . With WWJB forfeiting, all Livin' On A Spare needed to do was roll within 40 pins of their combined team average each game. However, that would not be the case. Livin' On A Spare 9th place, while WWJB 10th.

Bowlers who lied to their significant other claiming bowling was running long then went out for after-bowling drinks at The 200 Club include: Bill Krejci (221), Cory Chorpenning (203), and Kendall Kukowski (236)

After a hard fought season, the Tournament of Champions was won tonight by Aubrey Moren (Division 2), with landing in second place. Aubrey will pocket the nice first-place pot, while will take away the second-place pot. Congratulations!
