The Spring 2010 season draws to a close, with Empire Strikes Back officially earning this season's championship title! The final week saw three teams climb in the standings, while three teams slipped. Freda Schroeder picked up this week's high game (200) and series (529) for the women. As for the men, Aubrey Moren snagged this week's high game with a 219, and high series was earned by Ken M. Wilson with a 589. Read on for all the rest of the details!
First up, on lanes 25 & 26: Scoot Gave Us The Schlitz entered a showdown to the death with Empire Strikes Back. Notwithstanding the leadership of Bob Brunker with his 524 series, the Schlitz got swept by the Empire. Simultaneously, Ken M. Wilson dominated the Empire with his 589 as they swept the competition. Scoot Gave Us The Schlitz drops 1 spot in the standings to finish in 2nd place, while the Empire moves 1 spot to end up with 1st.
On lanes 27 & 28: 3 Pin Moon had a delightful time with Lil' Devils. Headlined by Ryan Doll with his 577 series, 3 Pin Moon collected 3 wins against Lil' Devils. While that was going down, Andrea Caudillo took the lead in Lil' Devils with her 423 despite her team notching only a single win. 3 Pin Moon complete in 3rd place, while Lil' Devils sink 1 spot to come out in 5th.
On lanes 29 & 30: No Pinheads tussled with Bowlumpkin. Reinforced by Aubrey Moren with his above-average 545 series, the Pinheads collected 3 wins against Bowlumpkin. Meanwhile, Jason Carpio guided Bowlumpkin with his 549 despite his team notching only a single win. No Pinheads leap 1 spot in the standings to end in 4th place, while Bowlumpkin sinks 1 spot to wind up in 7th.
Finally, down on lanes 31 & 32: The Prak Attack accepted a challenge by Little Lebowski Urban Achievers. Blessed by Joe Longstreet with his spectacular 430 series, and supported tremendously by real star — trifecta-winner #1 Power-Ranked, #1 Head-to-Head, and Most Valuable Bowler Bill Riley, the Attack celebrated a clean sweep over the Urban Achievers. . With the Urban Achievers forfeiting, all the Attack needed to do was roll within 40 pins of their combined team average each game. Mission accomplished. The Prak Attack leaps 1 spot in the standings to end the season in 6th place, while the Urban Achievers cros the finish line in 8th.

After a hard fought season, the Tournament of Champions was won tonight by Phil Schroeder (Division 2),
with landing in second place. Phil will pocket the nice first-place pot,
