Spring 2008 Week 7 Robo-RecapThe seventh week of Spring 2008 saw three teams climb in the standings, while three teams slipped. One bowler set a new personal best series, and one rolled new personal high game. Angela Bradford picked up this week's high game (181) and series (497) for the women. As for the men, Phil Schroeder snagged this week's high game with a 245, and high series was earned by Don Glasscock with a 673. Read on for all the rest of the details!

First up, on lanes 19 & 20: 3 Dudes and a Doll entered a showdown to the death with Dios Mios. Reinforced by Chris Rigdon with his above-average 542 series, 3 Dudes and a Doll split the series with Dios Mios. Countering this, Bill Krejci reigned supreme in Dios Mios with his below-average 524 as they matched their opponent in wins. 3 Dudes and a Doll remains in 1st place, while Dios Mios remain in 7th.

week7On lanes 21 & 22: Split Happens couldn't stop undressing with their eyes the members of Dr. Strangelanes, Or How I Learned To Stop Opening And Earn The Belt. Topped by Ben Carmean, Ryan Schooley with their 435 series, Split Happens collected 3 wins against Dr. Strangelanes. On the adjacent lane, Scott Murdock shined in Dr. Strangelanes with his 459 despite his team notching only a single win. Split Happens remains in 10th place, while Dr. Strangelanes remain in 5th.

With top billing by Chris Lewis with his 411 series, with kudos to Most Valuable Bowler Tom Finley, Ebowla celebrated a clean sweep over Britney. Across the ball return, Jeff Unseld commanded Britney with his 362 despite his team getting swept. Ebowla leaps 3 spots in the standings to 6th place, while Britney sinks 1 spot to 9th.

On lanes 25 & 26: ? shared a platter of cheese sticks with You Don't Know Sh!t. Regardless of the star power of Rob Kaszuba with his below-average 381 series, ? got swept by Don't Know Sh!t. Conversely, Cory Chorpenning called the shots for Don't Know Sh!t with his 632 as they swept the competition. ? plummets 2 spots in the standings to 8th place, while Don't Know Sh!t moves 1 spot to 3rd.

NEXT WEEK:
  • First, on lanes 19&20, 3rd-place You Don't Know Sh!t will hang out with 5th-place Dr. Strangelanes, Or How I Learned To Stop Opening And Earn The Belt (hcp 88). Don't Know Sh!t is expected to roll a little low and lose the series but avoid getting swept; while Dr. Strangelanes are forecast to hold steady as they enjoy their victories.
  • Moving to lanes 21&22, 2nd-place Bad Newz Kennels will share a couple of pitchers with 6th-place Ebowla (hcp 83). The Kennels might maintain their current strength as they lose the series but avoid getting swept; while Ebowla ought to raise their average while they enjoy their victories.
  • Then, over on lanes 23&24, 1st-place 3 Dudes and a Doll will roll against 8th-place ? (hcp 73). 3 Dudes and a Doll will likely have a bit of an off night and lose the series but avoid getting swept; while ? will probably raise their average while they enjoy their victories.
  • Next up, on lanes 25&26, 4th-place Sofa King Good will meet with 7th-place Dios Mios (hcp 116). Sofa King might maintain their current strength as they sweep the series; while Dios Mios ought to hold steady as they endure a rough night.
  • Finally, on lanes 27&28, 10th-place Split Happens will socialize with 9th-place It's Britney, Bitch (hcp 53). Split Happens are predicted to perform well and win the series; while Britney is anticipated to raise their average even as they avoid getting swept.
*(Remember, the predicted results above are based on mathematical extrapolations and can be changed by all sorts of factors. If you don't like how your team's results are predicted, you and your teammates have the power to prove the math wrong!)
