The Fall 2007 season is now underway, with ten teams entering the 16-week competition for the coveted, nonexistent championship trophy. One bowler set a new personal best series, and one rolled new personal high game. Freda Schroeder picked up this week's high game (209) and series (477) for the women, while Brian Eye earned this week's high game (234) and series (640) for the men. First up, on lanes 19 & 20: Seefeldt the Glasscock did battle with Seriously Handicapped. Topped by #1 Power-Ranked Brian Eye and his 640 series, the Glasscock collected 3 wins against the Handicapped. As for the opposition, Tyler Hilker took the lead in the Handicapped with his stupendous 554 despite his team notching only a single win. Seefeldt the Glasscock begins with 2nd place, while the Handicapped starts off with 8th.
On lanes 21 & 22: Bad Newz Kennels alternated between bowling and dry humping Cannonbelt Run. Demonstrating the prowess of Carl Goetz with his 557 series, the Kennels collected 3 wins against Cannonbelt. In the midst of this, Nik Domann oversaw Cannonbelt with his 501 despite his team notching only a single win. Bad Newz Kennels gets underway in 3rd place, while Cannonbelt gets rolling in 6th.
On lanes 23 & 24: Sh!t, I Don't Know matched wits with Ebowla. Showcasing Duncan Ferber with his 532 series, I Don't Know collected 3 wins against Ebowla. On the adjacent lane, Travis Kleiner showed off in Ebowla with his 393 despite his team notching only a single win. Sh!t, I Don't Know starts out in 4th place, while Ebowla gets going with 9th.
On lanes 25 & 26: The GameCox had a rendezvous with Split Happens. Blessed by Jason Carpio with his 496 series, the GameCox collected 3 wins against Split Happens. Across the ball return, James Long ruled Split Happens with his 520 despite his team notching only a single win. The GameCox leaves the gate in 5th place, while Split Happens begin in 7th.
Finally, down on lanes 27 & 28: Your Mom kept grabbing the balls of Dios Mios. Regardless of the star power of Ryan Doll with his 493 series, Your Mom got swept by Dios Mios. In the meantime, #1 Head-to-Head John Boren shined in Dios Mios with his 558 as they swept the competition. Your Mom 10th place, while Dios Mios 1st.
