The fourteenth week of Fall 2006 saw one team climb in the standings, while two teams slipped. Angela Bradford picked up this week's high game (165) and series (463) for the women, while John Boren earned this week's high game (255) and series (666) for the men. Read on for all the rest of the details!

First up, on lanes 15 & 16: Hez-Bowl-lah chucked gutter balls with Frickin' Ten Pins. Led by Most Valuable Bowler Jason Carpio and his above-average 547 series, Hez-Bowl-lah split the series with Frickin' Ten Pins. Countering this, Carl Goetz ruled Frickin' Ten Pins with his 520 as they matched their opponent in wins. Hez-Bowl-lah remains in 1st place, while Frickin' Ten Pins remain in 6th.

On lanes 17 & 18: Guttersluts took turns kicking the ball return with Split Happens. Demonstrating the prowess of #1 Power-Ranked John Boren and his dazzling 666 series, the Guttersluts celebrated a clean sweep over Split Happens. . With Split Happens forfeiting, all the Guttersluts needed to do was roll within 40 pins of their combined team average each game. Mission accomplished. Guttersluts remains in 10th place, while Split Happens sink 1 spot to 4th.

On lanes 19 & 20: New Balls, Old Rack alternated between bowling and dry humping I Can't Believe It's Not Gutter. Though featuring Ken M. Wilson with his 577 series, the Old Rack got swept by Not Gutter. On the other side, #1 Head-to-Head Ryan Doll reigned supreme in Not Gutter with his dramatic 583 as they swept the competition. New Balls, Old Rack drops 1 spot in the standings to 3rd place, while Not Gutter remains in 9th.

On lanes 21 & 22: Manute Bowl had some one-on-one time with All Belts Are Off. Although blessed by Andy McLeod with his powerful 506 series, Manute Bowl accomplished only 1 win against the Belt. Meanwhile, Pat Searcy mastered the Belt with his above-average 567 as his team took the series with 3 wins. Manute Bowl remains in 8th place, while the Belt remains in 5th.

Finally, down on lanes 23 & 24: TBD couldn't stop inappropriately groping Bowlkake2. In spite of top-billing by David Parre with his 469 series, TBD accomplished only 1 win against Bowlkake2. On the flipside, Cory Chorpenning laid down the law in Bowlkake2 with his above-average 589 as his team took the series with 3 wins. TBD remains in 7th place, while Bowlkake2 jumps 2 spots to 2nd.

Bowlers slipping into The 200 Club include: Carl Goetz (205), Cory Chorpenning (235,218), Jason Carpio (202), John Boren (221,255), Ken M. Wilson (208,203), Pat Searcy (203,202), Ryan Doll (212), and Thomas Lin (221)

In this week's Tournament of Champions brackets: Stefan Miller had his way with Division 1, while Ryan Doll won Division 2. Nobody claimed victory in Division 3 (though Phil Schroeder came closest), and Aaron Hoyt rolled his ass to the top of Division 4. Finally, David Parre (Division 3) staked a claim for the Iron Throne in this week's Interdivisional bracket. In terms of overall points: Stefan Miller holds the reins in Division 1; Ryan Doll leads Division 2; Phil Schroeder calls the shots for Division 3; and Andy McLeod is in the driver's seat in Division 4.

• First, on lanes 15&16, 10th-place Guttersluts (hcp 80) will face 7th-place TBD. The Guttersluts are expected to maintain their current strength as they get swept; while TBD is forecast to raise their average while they rack up a sweep.

• Finally, on lanes 23&24, 3rd-place New Balls, Old Rack (hcp 22) will socialize with 5th-place All Belts Are Off. The Old Rack is predicted to maintain their current strength as they and split the series with the Belt; while the Belt is anticipated to hold steady as they keep the series tied.
