The third week of Fall 2006 saw three teams climb in the standings, while four teams slipped. One bowler roll a new personal best game. Angela Bradford picked up this week's high game (190) and series (441) for the women, while David Codding earned this week's high game (243) and series (636) for the men. First up, on lanes 15 & 16: All Belts Are Off chucked gutter balls with Frickin' Ten Pins. Demonstrating the prowess of David Codding with his above-average 636 series, with kudos to #1 Power-Ranked and Most Valuable Bowler Scott Murdock as well as #1 Head-to-Head , the Belt celebrated a clean sweep over Frickin' Ten Pins. Simultaneously, Carl Goetz, John Richardson ruled Frickin' Ten Pins with their 499 despite their team getting swept. All Belts Are Off leaps 2 spots in the standings to 1st place, while Frickin' Ten Pins sink 1 spot to 7th.
On lanes 17 & 18: I Can't Believe It's Not Gutter waged a heated competition against Bowlkake2. Featuring Ryan Doll with his 493 series, Not Gutter celebrated a clean sweep over Bowlkake2. Countering this, Dennis Laube showed off in Bowlkake2 with his above-average 538 despite his team getting swept. I Can't Believe It's Not Gutter leaps 2 spots in the standings to 5th place, while Bowlkake2 sinks 1 spot to 6th.
On lanes 19 & 20: Split Happens accepted a challenge by New Balls, Old Rack. Starring Nick Allegri with his below-average 501 series, Split Happens collected 3 wins against the Old Rack. Meanwhile, Ken M. Wilson commanded the Old Rack with his above-average 578 despite his team notching only a single win. Split Happens remains in 2nd place, while the Old Rack plunges 2 spots to 3rd.
On lanes 21 & 22: Hez-Bowl-lah had a delightful time with Guttersluts. Topped by #1 Head-to-Head Nik Domann and his above-average 519 series, Hez-Bowl-lah collected 3 wins against the Guttersluts. As for the opposition, Kris Hiestand shined in the Guttersluts with his 339 despite his team notching only a single win. Hez-Bowl-lah remains in 4th place, while the Guttersluts sink 1 spot to 9th.
Finally, down on lanes 23 & 24: TBD deliberately ate cheese sticks in front of Manute Bowl. Notwithstanding the leadership of Jason Caton with his above-average 411 series, TBD accomplished only 1 win against Manute Bowl. On the other half of the score sheet, Travis Kleiner laid down the law in Manute Bowl with his stupendous 405 as his team took the series with 3 wins. TBD remains in 10th place, while Manute Bowl moves 1 spot to 8th.

A new personal high game was set tonight by Aaron Hoyt (197, previous best 182).
Adding to the excitement, the 636 rolled by David Codding is this season's new high series for men.
