The sixth week of Spring 2006 saw two teams climb in the standings, while two teams slipped. Two bowler roll a new personal best game. Freda Schroeder picked up this week's high game (178) and series (493) for the women, while Carl Goetz earned this week's high game (245) and series (608) for the men. Read on for all the rest of the details!

While that was going down, Will Jeter called the shots for Tatonka with his above-average 486 despite his team notching only a single win. Scott Murdock decimated Division 3, and Ryan Doll claimed victory in Division 4. And, finally, nobody claimed victory in the Interdivisional bracket (though Steve Kiernan and Freda Schroeder (Division ) came closest). In terms of overall points: Michael Basham and Pat Searcy are both in the driver's seat (on each other's laps?) in Division 1 in a tie; David Codding runs the show in Division 2; Tim Segraves reigns over Division 3; and Ryan Doll calls the shots for Division 4.
NEXT WEEK:
- First, on lanes 21&22, 2nd-place Split Happens (hcp 108) will face 3rd-place Sweeter Than Yoohoo. Split Happens are expected to maintain their current strength as they lose the series but avoid getting swept; while Yoohoo is forecast to hold steady as they enjoy their victories.
- Moving to lanes 23&24, 8th-place Guttersluts (hcp 317) will throw some gutter balls with 4th-place Bowl Movement. Guttersluts might perform well, yet still manage to lose the series but avoid getting swept; while Bowl Movement ought to drop their average a bit even as they enjoy their victories.
- Then, over on lanes 25&26, 6th-place Bora Bora will chill with 5th-place Yo Mama (hcp 68). Bora Bora will likely maintain their current strength as they win the series; while Yo Mama will probably raise their average even as they avoid getting swept.
- Finally, on lanes 27&28, 7th-place Tatonka (hcp 160) will spend some quality time with 1st-place I'm Gonna Belt Ya, Sucka!. Tatonka is predicted to maintain their current strength as they lose the series but avoid getting swept; while the Belt is anticipated to drop their average a bit even as they enjoy their victories.
